Galvanized High Rib Lath Formwork Information


Rib lath is popularly known as Expanded Rib Lath, due to its process of expanding of metal sheet. Galvanized steel ribbed lath wire mesh is free template network, an ideal building material for plastering base, structural formwork and fireproofing construction.

Hi Rib is designed in such a way that it can be placed closed to the edge rib of the neighbouring Hi Rib panel. This ensures solid joints acros the entire lenght and the stiffness of the panel joints in the preparation stage is strenthened.

The intermediate ribs of the Hi Rib panels create the internal stiffness along the length of the panel allowing supports to be bridged. As aresult of the reduced load, less support system are required.
